There are likely enough PS5s right now for Razer to offer new accessories for Sony's console. The company previously released the Kaira X Wired for the latest generation of consoles (Xbox and PS). Priced at $99.99 and the Kiera Pro at $199.99, the new Kiera is Razer's first wireless gaming headset for the PlayStation 5.
The Razer Kiera and Kiera Pro both support Bluetooth and 2.4GHz connectivity with a USB-C dongle. However, it is the Pro model that offers more impressive technologies, albeit at twice the price.
The Kyra Pro debuted on the Kraken V3 Pro, Razer's second gaming headset to feature the HyperSense touch. Combined with Sony DualSense touch actuators and 3D audio, this technology provides more immersive immersion (headshot) by shaking the headset while gaming. p>
The Pro 200 Dollar uses 50mm titanium drivers covered with memory foam cushions. It has a detachable HyperClear Supercardio microphone that plugs into the 3.5mm audio jack when the headset is not connected in wired mode. It also supports Chroma RGB lighting, which users can customize via the Razer mobile app. It also has a fixed mic, which isn't very good at reducing background noise, as it uses a cardioid mic instead of a super-cardioid unit. The standard Kiera also lacks metallic accents on the headband. p>
Finally, Razer has a $30 fast-charging dock for the DualSense controller, which comes in three identical colors. The Kyra charger and headset are now available for purchase, with pre-orders for the Pro starting at the end of November. p>
