The new iPhones are here.
Today, Apple executives revealed the scene at a virtual broadcast event to introduce the new flagship iPhone. iPhone 13 official.
The body looks similar to last year, but now the original model cameras are arranged diagonally. This year, Apple is reducing the size of the front screen, which still contains all the usual Face ID sensors, but is now 20% smaller. Apple says the phone has been completely redesigned to make room for "new technology" and at the same time, a larger battery.
The new screen on the original model, called "Super Retina XDR" and 28% brighter, is available in 800 nits in 5.4 and 6.1 inch sizes.
There is also a new A15 SoC chip. There's a six-core CPU with two performance cores and four low-performance cores, which Apple says is "the fastest processor in any smartphone, and it's up to 50% faster than its leading competitors."
Under development. The event is still going on, so check back for more information.
