The Xiaomi 13 Ultra sensor may be larger than the 1-inch 12S Ultra model

As it seems, Xiaomi 13 Ultra is going to go to the market with a much larger camera sensor than the one used in Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
Xiaomi 13 series has not been officially unveiled yet, but there are a lot of news about them these days, thanks to which we have been able to access a large part of the information about these products. According to what we know, two Xiaomi phones 13 and 13 Pro are going to be unveiled at the end of this year (probably December). But apparently, the Ultra model of this series, which is not known whether it will be unveiled and hit the market this year, is supposed to have significant differences from these two models in a number of ways. They have standard and pro and we have seen this in past products. As it seems, Xiaomi 13 Ultra will not be an exception to the rule. Although currently Xiaomi 12S Ultra has been able to attract a lot of attention thanks to its powerful 1-inch sensor, Xiaomi does not want to use the same sensor in 13 Ultra. 12S Ultra has been used in another phone, Sharp Aqous R7, and it is said that Vivo will use it in its X90 Pro Plus. Also, Xiaomi itself is going to use exactly the same sensor in its expected 13 Pro phone. But as it seems, the main camera sensor of Xiaomi 13 Ultra is not going to be IMX989.
According to According to one of the whistleblowers on Twitter, Xiaomi doesn't want to limit itself to using a 1-inch sensor. Apparently, this Chinese company has a bigger sensor in the works and wants to use it for its 13 Ultra phone. It is not clear what the other sensors of Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be, but for now, rumors suggest that we will not see any particular change in these parts.
Some believe that Xiaomi can use the same 1-inch camera sensor or its improved version. 13, but instead improve the quality of the ultra-wide or telephoto sensor. Xiaomi, which previously partnered with Sony to produce the aforementioned 1-inch sensor, could follow suit and use a telephoto camera similar to the one used in the Sony Xperia 1 Mark 4, which offers variable zoom. However, nothing is clear in this regard, and it remains to be seen what decision this Chinese company will make regarding its flagship Ultra model.
Although the two standard and Pro models of the Xiaomi 13 series are expected to be released later this year. month or finally December this year (November or December), but it is not clear whether we will see Xiaomi 13 Ultra or not. If this happens, we should first see its release in the Chinese market, but we do not know when it will enter the global market. However, according to one of Xiaomi's own officials, unlike the 12S Ultra model, the 13 Ultra will be available in the global market.
