Rumor: We already know that Windows 11 supports Android apps, but it looks like it won't be the only Microsoft product with this feature. According to the list of Windows subsystems for Android found in the Microsoft Store, it appears that Android apps support for Xbox consoles is an issue.

When Microsoft announced Windows 11, it became clear that the next operating system would support Android apps through the Amazon Appstore. However, it appears that Microsoft's plans to bring Android apps into its products are not limited to Windows.

Microsoft recently added a list of Windows subsystems for Android to the Microsoft Store. Depending on your system requirements, you will need an Arm64 or x64 system with Windows 10 22000.0 or higher with 8 GB (minimum) or 16 GB (recommended) or Xbox One. Currently, this tool appears to be only available for PCs, despite the system requirements that support Xbox One.

There are several reasons why Microsoft supports this tool on Xbox One. The first thing that comes to mind is bringing Android apps to Xbox and bringing a bunch of apps and games to control users at no additional cost. Another possibility is to let developers try out Android apps on consoles for unknown reasons.

Microsoft's plans to add this feature to Xbox One don't seem far off, given that Windows 10/11 and Xbox OS have a lot in common with Windows 11. Android app support works by getting the app / Game through Amazon Appstore and use Intel Bridge technology to run it. This is the question "Is this possible?" But more "Is it worth it?" A point that describes the console as a good PC.
