Visible customers are confused when they see hackers from their account.
Several Visible Wireless subscribers reported having their accounts hacked this week. Visible works on Verizon 5G and 4G LTE networks. Visible is actually owned by Verizon, not a virtual mobile network operator (MVNO).
The suspicion of data breaches at Visible began on Monday when some customers saw random unauthorized purchases in their Visible accounts:

In the visual subreddit, users reported that unauthorized orders were logged from their account, with a different shipping address.:Zoom/Visual Client: “The request was hacked yesterday, and the request is still being sent!!!” Reddit
Social media has been full of similar reports from customers who haven't had a response from Visible for days:
Wow, someone hacked my Visible account, I bought an iPhone with PayPal and the password I changed the password. visiblecare is not responding. The scammer also tricked me into spam email so that I would miss the visible email notifications.

Filling in the correct information is likely the reason for accounts hack
In customer emails and notifications posted yesterday, Visible can share The reason for the hacks:
“We are aware of an incident in which Visible said in a statement: “We have taken precautions to secure all affected accounts and prevent any unauthorized access.” Our investigation shows this threat actors were able to access usernames/passwords from External sources. Use this information to sign in to visible accounts. If you use your visible username and password on multiple accounts, including your bank accounts or other financial resources, we recommend that you update your username/password with these services."< /p> Advertising
Rather than violating the information in Visible, the term "company" means that customers' credit has been compromised by a leak or third-party database and then used to gain access to customers' accounts—an act that serves as a fill-in that advises the company. Customers reset passwords and information Security, forcing users to re-verify payment information before making further purchases.
The company also acknowledged "technical issues" with its chat system, as the company failed to make any changes to customer accounts for a brief period this week. The visual tweet was deleted by the company after this information was mentioned. p>
Although Visible released to the public a statement yesterday, the company first announced whether it will be released on Twitter as soon as October 8. Interestingly, at that time. An ambiguous reason was given - the order confirmation messages sent by Visible incorrectly. "Sorry for any confusion! An error occurred while sending this email to members, please ignore it."Zoom/Visual He initially responded vaguely to the concerns on Oct. 8. Twitter
A famous customer responded with a delay: “This reply is completely irresponsible, due to the fact that you are already under attack and aware of several users whose accounts have been hacked.”
Despite the panic among hacked clients, The fact that customers are not in custody can at least be mitigated.” If it is on your account, you will not be charged and the fee will be cancelled.”
In addition to monitoring suspicious transactions, it can be noted that customers affected by this incident should change their credit. Both on visual websites and on other websites that have used similar credentials. p>
