What happened? Apple and Google aren't the only tech giants to unveil a new product next week. Earlier today, Samsung announced plans for a second Galaxy Unpacked event that will be released on October 19. But what can be expected?

Samsung held its first Galaxy Unpacked event of the season in August, where the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G introduced the new Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Buds2. The South Korean tech giant hasn't given much information on viewers' expectations for the coming week, let alone how Samsung will "unlock new experiences to express itself through technology."

With the advent of the Galaxy Note series, Samsung could use the event to offer a more affordable version of the Galaxy S21 called the S21 FE. Others think Sami can focus on software and services during the event, an area the company is said to be interested in finding out more about.

At this point, all we know for sure is that Unpacked Part Two will be playing on Samsung YouTube. The channel starts at 10 a.m. on Easter Sunday, October 20.

Next week is going to be a busy week in the world of technology. Apple is planning its next event on October 18, where new Macs with the M1X are expected to see their cover. The next day, Google is hosting a Pixel 6 hardware event, where we will finally receive the missing information about the company's next smartphone. Of course, a Samsung event happens the next day.
