https://safirsoft.com Jack Dorsey Wants to Create a Legal Defense Fund for Bitcoin Developers
Block CEO Jack Dorsey has proposed creating a legal defense fund to help bitcoin developers deal with growing lawsuits. It will be free if the developers want to use the services of the box. Initially, volunteers and part-time attorneys assisted with the cases, and the fund's board of directors would be responsible for identifying cases and defendants to assist.

Dorsey explained the basics of the show in an email to the Bitcoin-dev mailing list. In it, he said, lawsuits and constant threats to society are having the desired effect because some individual defendants have decided to surrender in the absence of Legal protection.

The Bitcoin Legal Defense Fund will be a non-profit organization charged with helping developers reduce Legal issues. In particular, the Fund will help find and hire a lawyer, develop Legal strategies, and pay Legal fees.

Dorsey will be the first member of the board of directors, along with Alex Morcus and Martin White. >

There is no doubt that Dorsey is particularly interested in bitcoin. In late 2020, he used $50 million of square money to purchase 4,709 bitcoins. In the future, some considered this move as the starting point for the latest cryptocurrency rally. With a current Bitcoin value of $43,860.26, the investment is now worth over $206 million.

Next summer, Square (now Block) said it is building a hardware wallet for the digital currency Is. A few months later, Dorsey resigned his position as Twitter's CEO, undoubtedly freeing more time on his busy schedule.
