https://safirsoft.com Block agrees with its plans to build an open bitcoin mining system
In October, Block CEO Jack Dorsey criticized the company for its interest in making silicon dedicated to bitcoin mining. He lists the concerns that need to be addressed, including decentralizing, making mining more efficient and accessible, as well as expanding silicon development beyond the small number of companies currently specializing in the field.

Block has agreed with her plans to move forward with the project. Thomas Templeton, General Manager of Block Hardware, emphasized the importance of greater distribution and more efficient mining because it goes beyond creating new coins, and their delivery is unpredictable. Reliability is also an issue because things like heat loss and dust buildup can contribute to frequent accidents that need to be restarted. "We want to make something that just works," Templeton said.

Not surprisingly, Templeton found that miners generally want less energy and higher hash rates. Finding the right balance between performance, power consumption and noise generation will be critical.

Block also considers which technology to adopt and which industry partners to work with.
