https://safirsoft.com Asus has introduced the world's first Wi-Fi 6E gaming router for $649.
What happened? The Asus ROG Rapture series of routers is known for its raw power, robust looks and often hefty price tag. The ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000, unveiled recently at CES, is no exception, but it is "the world's first Wi-Fi 6E gaming router."

As pointed out by The Verge, Asus' statement is true to some extent. The GT-AXE16000 isn't the world's first 6E quad-router WiFi - Netgear introduced the Orbi quad-router last year - but it is the first case built specifically for gamers.

https://safirsoft.com <b>Asus</b> has released the <b>world's</b> <b>first</b> <b>Wi-Fi</b> 6E <b>gaming</b> <b>router</b> for $649 USD.Asus ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000 plays a total of four wireless bands: one 2.4GHz, two 5GHz bands, and a new 6GHz band. The 5GHz and 6GHz bands offer a maximum speed of 4.8GHz, while the 2.4GHz bands have a speed of 1148Mbps. These are all theoretical maximum speeds you might not see, but they still show what a router can do.

Owners can also use the 5GHz or 6GHz bands as a whole. When you set up a home network that is compatible with other AiMesh routers, it frees up more bands for connecting the device.

There are many options for those who use wire. The Asus ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000 has two 10Gbps RJ45 Ethernet LAN ports for fast network connections and one 2.5Gbps WAN port to take full advantage of any fast ISP. It also has four 1Gbps LAN ports, a USB 3.2 Generation 1 port, and a USB 2.0 port, and is powered by a 64-bit 2.0GHz quad-core CPU coupled with 1GB DDR4 RAM.

Quad to be. The Wi-Fi 6E router means a premium of $649 on the GT-AXE16000, which launches in the first quarter of this year. It's still cheaper than the $1,500 Orge Netgear, even though it has three mesh routers.

Launched in Q2 2022, it will be priced at $399.</p></div><br><div class=Tags: asus, introduced, world's, first, wi-fi, gaming, router, $649.
