https://safirsoft.com Preview versions begin tweaking Windows 11's Start menu and taskbar
The changes may be made for the first major update of Windows 11 next fall. Microsoft seems to be listening to at least some of the following complaints, as the latest beta build of Windows 11 for Windows Insiders in the Dev channel includes some improvements to the taskbar, Start menu, and many other tricks.

For example, Windows 11 does not show the taskbar the time and date on all monitors in the multi-monitor settings, only on the main console. In this Preview build, the time and date are displayed again on all screens. Wonderful! Options to display the Start menu differently. Zoom in/View various Start menu options. Microsoft

Start menu, users can change the balance between Pinned and "Recommended" items based on what they want to see more of. More Pins adds another row of installed software, shrinking the Recommended field to just a few entries, while Viewing More Pins removes a row of software icons and displays up to eight recommended items.

> Windows Developer Insider Channel builds are particularly subject to change, and some features Microsoft tests will never appear in these builds. But we hope these and other improvements to the taskbar and Start menu will make Windows 11 a stable release with the first major update rolling out next fall (if not soon).

Other Changes Note: Microsoft is still slowly moving things from the old control panels to the configuration software, and this structure is moving into some advanced file sharing settings, some printer and scanner settings, and a few other network settings. And if you turn on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in Airplane mode, the next time you turn on Airplane mode, Windows now remembers that setting. Separately, Microsoft has also changed the color and menu selector in Paint to match the design of Windows 11.
