Amazon currently has several smart video ringtones that it sells under its popular Ring brand. What it didn't have until now is the Blink Video Doorbell - a smart doorbell that covers everything you need for a lower price.
Amazon received a lot of announcements at today's hardware event, including the Blink Video Doorbell. This is the first for Blink's range of products that have always been about convenient, low-cost security solutions.
In a way, the Blink Video Doorbell resembles a simplified version of the Ring Video Doorbell. We'll be back with some of the buzz and whistles of the newest device, regardless of its lesser-than-expected $250 price tag. Most importantly, the first Blink doorbell is based on a 1080p camera sensor that can detect motion and night vision. The app supports two-way audio alerts, alarm app, and can also connect to the current internal alarm. So you can pair it with your Fire or Echo device and use voice commands for monitoring. You can use it to connect wired and wireless networks, and you can also save videos to a USB drive via the Sync Module plug-in. p>
