Apple replaced the defective unit with a free repair program after some AirPad Pro owners reported cracks and hearing stats from their AirPad and found problems while using them. The program is covered for two years after the sale, but an update of the support document shows that this period has been increased to three years.
The Apple support document for AirPods Pro repair software was updated in early October. Although it may seem unchanged, go to the Additional Information section, but you can read that the AirPods Pro repair program covers earrings for three years after retail sale.
Apple launched AirPods repair app about a year after the launch of AirPods Pro, which was released in 2019. With this repair program, Apple basically extended the product warranty for another year. However, seeing the changes in the repair software document does it again. Therefore, anyone with an AirPods Pro range should be covered by at least October 2022.

If you see any of these issues on your AirPods Pro, they may have originated before October 2020 To replace defective earrings, you must make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider and request a free replacement.
